Dr.Arundhati Dasgupta is an eminent Endocrinologist presently practicing in Siliguri.
She along with renowned Neurologist Dr. Joydeep Dey is the founder of the first comprehensive Endocrinology and Neurology OPD clinic of the region named Rudraksh Superspeciality Care in Siliguri and she presently is the Director of Diabetes and Endocrinology division of Rudraksh Superspeciality Care.
Dr. Dasguptas areas of specialization are Diabetes and metabolic disorders,Thyroid disorders ,Short staure,Pubertal disorders, Menstrual disorders,Osteoporosis and other metabolic disorders, PCOS,Disorders of the pituitary gland and DSD.
Dr. Dasgupta is an alumnus of Gauhati Medical College and Hospital from where she pursued MD in Medicine and DM in Endocrinology. Prior to coming to Siliguri Dr Arundhati Dasgupta was working as a Consultant in Endocrinology in Medanta-The Medicity Hospital,Gurgaon .In 2013 ,Dr. Arundhati Dasgupta started the department of Endocrinology in Neotia Getwel Hospital.and is presently attached to it as a Visiting Consultant
- She is the recipient of the prestigious Endocrine Society of India- AV Gandhi Award-2012 for best thesis and also for best conclusion of thesis.She also received the Best Oral Presentation award at ITSCON 2010 and Best Speaker North Eastern Gastroenterological Meet 2008.
